This place was right in the center union square which is great but if you think finding free
parking
nearby is easy.

Be careful with the
parking
: rates given are not necessarily for 24:00 and since they are 25 dollars 'per day' you need to inquire specifically about the check out time of your car.
"Great value for the price. This is how I have rated; one has to keep in mind what budjet was spet when rating an hotel ! "

They have
parking
lot, it's 25$ per day, which is cheaper than a public
parking
.

First of all, the biggest concern for me here was

One can find 8 dollars deals in other parts of town like little Italy so you need to shop around if you want to
park
for a few days and use public transportation (highly recommended.

The
parking
is really strange and the neighborhood a little it more difficult than the hotel one, but we didn't have any problem.

Luckily I'm just here for a week trip, no impact for its no visitor policy and its high
parking
fee.

Few things to note:
parking
is $25 a day, there is free coffee and tea, the elevator has a life of its own and the maid is very persistent (woke us up at 8am on a Sunday, then at 9am).

One thing I do agree with is the
parking
garge is spooky if your alone and if you get a room at the ends of the hotel you don't share a bathroom.

Parking
garage was a bit spooky, but not over priced.
