1. There is free off-street parking, although I don't think there are quite as many parking places as rooms (we did get a spot).

3. A very fun diner, Hamburger Haven, on Clement St, (one street behind motel) has great breakfast and the Clement Street Bar & Grill has great food and a neighborhood atmosphere.

4. Oh yeah, we never had any problems with panhandlers or noise from the street.

5. The motel is in an Asian district with plenty of cheap meals, several Asian grocery markets with fresh fruit are in Clement Street (the block behind Geary).

6. All in all this Motel was decent for the price, and there is a really nifty bar across the street and a Jack in the box right next to that for some midnight tacos lol.
