1. There is free off-street parking, although I don't think there are quite as many parking places as rooms (we did get a spot).

8. I checked in advance by telephone with the hotel owners for free parking availability and in retrospect, they simply deceived me and said that there is one parking spot per room.

9. I took into consideration the relatively bad location and the long distance from the Tourist attractions & city center (an hour by 3 buses or alternately 20 minutes by car), but the balance was settled by the free parking.
