1. Whilst the bed linen and towels were clean the room was very poor, the room above felt like teh ceiling was coming through every time the occupants walked on it.

2. On the brighter side, the staff is friendly, towels and sheets were clean,pretty good location (although you wouldn't want to walk down through Eddy Street full of homeless people), Parking (although limited),good bedding, coffee maker, hair dryer.
