1. Plenty of bars and restaurants near the hotel and plenty to do, a walk to the Golden Gate Park was very doable and the F streetcar passes in front of the hotel and takes you all the way to Fisherman'S Wharf if that is your thing.

2. for $115.00 a night for king bed and free parking and within walking distance of great restaurants and gay bars and muni great!we have stayed at the Marriott and ,the palace hotel.
