1. When we pulled out the pull out bed for our child, there were crumpled used sheets and bobbypins in the middle of an extremely sagging mattress.

3. The smell was horrid and it only became worse when we lifted the sheets and blankets to the bed (why, I have no idea!) Anyways we did end up getting moved AGAIN to the 3rd floor in what must have been a 'suite'.
