1. I recently went up to San Fransisco to visit some friends and family but was on a budget and wanted a hotel or inn I could feel comfortable in, was cheap enough and didn't have shared bathrooms.

2. The room was clean, the queen bed was confortable, bathroom average, lighting convenient, furniture and heating not top of the line but adequate.

4. Although the bed was clean and confortable as was the bathroom, the rest of the room was filthy.

5. The downside was the the room was in pretty bad repair, the bathroom had mold on the walls and ceiling with metal fixtures rusted and the exterior door required a lot of monkeying with to get it to lock.
