5. I rather suspect they just canceled my reservation to make room for a longer one (mine was for three nights) but regardless to cancel it like that, after having confirmed it, without even calling or emailing to ask for a correction is pretty bad behavior.

10. our room had a bad odour - a scented candle (purchased by me) was of great helpthe carpet was sticky - advice, wear shoes at all timesBasically the place needs to be renovated.
