3. You don't need to be the trendiest and most expensive hotel to wow me, but I expect some level of respect and professional hospitality, especially to make up for the fact that your hotel is run down, in a horrible area, and unclean.

5. This is the city, and there are dicey areas, and it can be noisy, but it's part of the experience.

8. The area is very convenient, there is everything nearby, coffee shop, Wallgreen, Bart and Muni station, bus stop and more.

9. The only good thing about this motel was the location the area is seedy although the staff were friendly The rooms had thin walls and the two guys in the room next to us didnt do much sleeping during the night,Basic accomodation bit rundown but clean toilet and shower area.

10. The area does have an edge, but I wasn't hassled there any more than I was by the many bums and hippies in San Fran who haven't heard that 1967 is over.
