1. I reach there early but they check in me and the front desk guy is with kind nature and helpful with soft spoken behavior to all the guest who want directions or any kind of help.

3. Check in was quick and we were offered a free upgrade to a king suite which is about double the size of other rooms and also has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and sitting area.
