3. For the amount of money most SF hotels charge, this is on the 'reasonable' end while still offering cleanliness and the little goodies found in higher end hotels (in-room coffee, mini-fridge, hair dryer, shampoos & lotion).

4. If only staying a couple of nights it is probably fine, and from reading other reviews plenty of people enjoy staying here and the hotel was fully booked during our stay, so I guess as long as people keep coming and paying the money they don't need to upgrade the rooms.
