Not only are they completely inept at handling simple tasks like billing correctly, they are completely rude or just simply clueless when you try to discuss any discrepancies or problems or simply needs like new

s, soaps etc, plus dishwash liquid and sponge) at start of week but was not serviced/cleaned/replenished daily (no worse than home, hey).
