1. Walking distance from many attractions (Fisherman's Wharf, Fort Mason, Lombard Street, cable cars, etc.), affordable, and clean.

2. The hotel is only a few blocks walk to Lombard (the crookedest street) and one block to Ghiradelli Square's delicious chocolate shop and a couple blocks to fun Fisherman's Wharf.

4. There is a very elegant chef owned restaurant across the street (SW corner of Hyde and Bay), so if you enjoy fine dining be sure to bring nice attire to wear.
