1. We checked in quickly so we could return rental car, 1-20 minutes were free, we went to leave 16 minutes later and it wanted to charge us.

3. The parking was an additional $9 per day & if you wished to make copies in the business center there was an extra charge (the gentleman at the front desk made a copy of our boarding passes at no charge though).
