1. Prior to our arrival, all the down-filled bedding had been replaced with non allergic bedding, they gave us free wine at the evening reception, and we even got free chocolate from the mini bar as an extra perk.

3. Watch to make sure your mini bar door actually locks, as ours did not, but when we mentioned it to the staff upon check out they said they would have that issue addressed.

4. They're explanation was that in case any guest abuses the mini bar & they decide to charge any other costs to their room, funds can be allocated against your deposit on departure without any hassle.
