6. We were only there for one night, and you can put up with almost anything if you know you're leaving soon, but when I saw the state of the air vent delivering the air to the room I knew that the housekeeping in this place leaves a lot to be desired.

8. The staff does a fabulous job of making its guest feel welcome, but the rooms could use a little more attention from the housekeeping staff.
