1. It's just around the corner from Chestnut Street which has plenty of great places to eat.

4. The location is wonderful - right on a major bus line if you don't have a car or don't want to use yours in the city, near Union and Chestnut Streets and lots of good places to eat and shop, and walking distance from the Marina (if you don't mind a longish walk).
