4. Overall, this motel is a good option to stay at when exploring San Fran (clean, nice rooms, good location), but just hope that you don't have to deal with anyone behind the desk because they have no idea when it comes to customer service.

9. The location is wonderful - right on a major bus line if you don't have a car or don't want to use yours in the city, near Union and Chestnut Streets and lots of good places to eat and shop, and walking distance from the Marina (if you don't mind a longish walk).
