5. Great location; Right on the public transport network, good selection of restaurants and takeouts, 5 minute walk to the waterfront and great views of the bridge and Alcatraz.

6. There is a 'Red Tourist Bus' stop a few short blocks from the hotel and you can easily walk to Marina area which provides fantastic views of Golden Gate Bridge.

9. While Lombard is a very busy street the room was away from Lombard with no noise and a nice third floor view of the city.

10. Especially as the local area is so wonderful - make a bee-line for Greens Restaurant at Fort Mason with it's great views of the GG Bridge and delicous food (vegetarian).
