1. The hotel is tidy, the rooms were kept clean by the housekeeping staff.

2. Door man was very helpful with bags and letting you know when lifts were here etc. Housekeeping made a great job of room every day and left us notes saying thanks for the couple of dollars I'd left them which I thought was a nice touch.

3. We left a $3 tip each day for the maid which is very reasonable for such good standards of housekeeping.

4. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our room and we always had plenty of towels, washcloths, etc.Overall, I cannot say enough about this hotel.

9. comfortable dble bed with high thread count sheets, tv and walk in wet room style shower (albeit I have a slightly bigger bedroom and i dont have housekeeping to tidy up after me .
