2. They was even a manager in the lobby at check out who went out of his way to inquire about our stay and to offer help and asked if we needed assistance with anything, even though we were checking out.

3. Also we had three devices, you have to pay the charge on all three of them separately and then get two of the charges refunded when you check out.

5. We were told to go get our things from our other room, bring everything down to the lobby, check out - and then they would re-check us in again to the new room - and we could take our things back up to the new room.

6. However it isnt really a problem as travellers cheques are as good as cash in NYC and are accepted in most shops/restaurants/bars etc. We didnt get a chance to check out the hotel restaurant however it looked very nice inside and we had a quick look at the menu and everything sounded nice.

9. however we were also told that we would need to check out of the bigger room in the morning and check in again to move into the room that we'd actually booked.
