1. Upon checking out in the early morning (7:30AM), before going to my COnference which would last past the official check out time, I found an empty office with a note propped up saying the clerk was on the grounds and would be back soon.

3. When trying to check out of the room at 5am, there was no desk attendent so I had to slide the key under the door.

4. but if dont about care no daily housekeeping, you have to go to the front desk for ice, iron and for towels and the front desk is only open from 7am-7pm,so dont have a 7am flight and have to be at airport at 5am cant check out.
