1. I booked the room online and we drove 18 hours to get there when we arrived nobody knew anything about our reservation and they didn't even care whether we had a room or not.

2. but if dont about care no daily housekeeping, you have to go to the front desk for ice, iron and for towels and the front desk is only open from 7am-7pm,so dont have a 7am flight and have to be at airport at 5am cant check out.
