If you want to nitpick: there was no place for luggage (ironing board was used) housekeeping missed a hair on the bed there was no hook in the washroom to hang your stuffReasons to go there: helpful front desk; when we checked in Michael helped book us on a boat tour clear explanation of possible extra charges and when/how to remove them (see sign) easy check in/out.
