1. Upon leaving, we tried to resolve the situation with the front desk supervisor, Moe, who looked at us and laughed, saying that the construction didn't begin until around 10:15 that morning - we distinctly heard it much earlier than that.

2. We woke very early in the morning to someone using a hammer which continued for over two and a half hours - even after we called the front desk to find out why the heck they would book a room next to a construction area.
