1. We woke very early in the morning to someone using a hammer which continued for over two and a half hours - even after we called the front desk to find out why the heck they would book a room next to a construction area.

2. Upon leaving, we tried to resolve the situation with the front desk supervisor, Moe, who looked at us and laughed, saying that the construction didn't begin until around 10:15 that morning - we distinctly heard it much earlier than that.
