1. Check in was easy and had no problems with anything on the bill, there is a resort fee but we paid this before we left the UK.

2. If you like the center Strip casinos (Flamingo, Bills, O'Shea's, Margaritaville, etc., they are a healthy, but doable walk from Vdara, and on streets that are more comfortable to walk at night.

5. Everyone with whom we interacted on the property was nice and helpful - and I got the same quality of response when I called after I got home with a question about my bill.

6. After complaining to the management, we were offered about 5% off our bill, which I suppose is appropriate given that we probably spent 5% of our stay trying to figure out how to get up to our room.

7. Vdara certainly fits this bill, and the No Smoking policy was also a big factor in choosing this hotel.

10. It's also part of the MLife group, so if you like the Bellagio or MGM, it's the same hotel/billing system (charge to the room).
