2. Very helpful staff with directions etc. Only draw back if any was no restraints within walking distance on weekends, nothing a short train ride won't fix.

5. The hotel is very close (Willis Tower) The Double Decker Hop on Hop off tour's first stop and is a 5 minute walk (thats a different review but I love that tour).
