1. The staff were friendly and on our check out day they let us store our bag in their luggage room while we went off shopping to Michigan Ave.

2. We stayed here as a family for 3 nights in July for a short vacation to check out Chicago and a Cubs game.

3. However, on check out day if you stay past noon, you have to pay for two days on that last day, which amounts to $65 for parking for that day.

4. other ameneties we used, and were please with included: a business center, and the fitness room (very nice machines, but few) Check out was proir to our train reservation, but the bellman stored our luggage while we took in some Chicago sites.
