The suites are spacious and comfortable, like a home away from home; the housekeeping staff keeps the place in immaculate condition; the front desk staff treated me like an old friend; the maintenance staff could not be friendlier; and the gentleman who prepares and presents the complimentary buffet breakfast makes the eggs exactly the way I like them.

We normally stay at Residence Inns, Courtyards and Marriotts and both agreed this property needs a little more 'service oriented' staff (except for Bob,,,,he was great) Dont get me wrong - the rooms were clean and loved the small kitchen area but there just seemed to be something 'missing' at this property.
