1. -The parking valets generally had our car brought up within 2 minutes; that's the fastest we've ever seen at a hotel.
"Great service, excellent location, reasonably priced " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/24/2012 Vote
2. A short cab ride will get you to a Bears, Bulls or Hawks game and if you want to go to a Sox game or to see that other National League team in town, you can always take your car in and out of valet as often as you like without an additional charge.
"Convenient and Clean " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/18/2012 Vote
3. While the parking was high the valet attendants were very friendly and moved quickly when you needed your car.
"Great Location and Great For Kids " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/24/2012 Vote
4. Valet attendants were friendly.

5. The lobby/check-in area is tight and can get very crowded with luggage, luggage valet roller units, people lined up trying to fight to fit onto two very small elevators, people waiting for their cars, people trying to come in to register or check-out, etc. No wonder the two snuggly fit check-in/out agents at small counter are not in such a friendly mood or willing to answer questions, they have to move you.
"Newly renovated with issues... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/1/2010 Vote
6. Parked alittle down the street for about 8 dollars cheaper than valet, not sure would do again.
"Musical and Shopping " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/1/2008 Vote
7. Parking is expensive but a plus is that it is in and out valet and our car was always ready when we wanted it.
"The BEST location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/25/2012 Vote
8. -The staff, from the parking valet, to the front desk staff, to the maids, to the ladies setting up the breakfast, are very helpful and friendly.
"Great service, excellent location, reasonably priced " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/24/2012 Vote
9. The $47 a day valet charge isn't cheap, but at least you have some flexibility and the car stays on site.
"Convenient and Clean " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/18/2012 Vote
10. The valet ripped the key out of my mothers car while it was still in park and left her stranded at the hotel for hours.
