1. We arrived and were greeted by Sheena at reception who quickly checked us in, gave us an upgrade and complimentary breakfast the next morning.

8. It was my girlfriends birthday the day we arrived and when we got to the room we found a small chocolate cake on a dessert plate which was really tasty saying Happy Birthday on the plate in chocolate along with two complimentary cocktail vouchers for the Hotel Bar which again I cannot fault.

10. The hotel, did however have wonderful customer service--we were credited for our first night because of the lack of heat, given two complimentary breakfast buffet coupons, and given a coupon for free wifi in our room.
