Poor service at check-in,
concierge
unable to provide help with a very simple request, restaurant closed for dinner, elevator out of service for 3 days, etc. Linens were very clean, but tub in bathroom had received a cursory swipe.

Sunday, heard the receptionist explain to another guest that the

does not work on Sundays (huh?!)On the good side, the staff that is there are doing their best and more (and I can say only good things about them).
