4. Location is in Queens and not very fancy, but there are two subway stations within 5 minutes walk and only a few stops to Times Square, etc. The trip to/from the airport can either be done by taxi or you can take the subway and change to airport train.

5. It is about 2-3 min walk from the nearest subway station (Queensboro) so it's very convenient to get into Manhattan (15 min ride across the bridge) or Flushing.
