Also during our 2 night stay our room never got cleaned we even put the sign to request housekepping and they never came so I requested cleaning at the front desk and they told me that housekeepping was already gone for the day and housekeepping can't read the signs and thought we had the DO NOT DISTRUB sign on the door.

2. After we got all set up in the room hotel front desk called that we needed to move to another room due to the broken mirror, so the next room we went to was not even ready so my family and I walked around the grounds until room was ready and saw that the pool was not clean and had allge growing on the walls so my kids couldn't enjoy the pool due to I feared them to get an ear infection due to the dirty pool.
