1. I also had to request clean towels 3 times several hours apart the 2nd time that I requested I went to the desk and the desk personel said that I had already received them when I ask where did they put them cause I couldn't find them they could not tell me.

2. Also our room was right by the exit door that is suppose to be opened with your room key but didn't work I told the desk about it and was told that it would be fixed on Saturday morning and we left on Sunday morning and still not fixed.
