3. The staff were great, so helpful andaccomodating and the helpful staff on floor 12 even cleaned our room before we had a late check out, just going that extra mile.

4. Upon our departure a late check out and an adjustment to the bill was offered by the lovely agent at the Front Desk to compensate for the fact that our first night there was a portable AC unit.
