1. When I went to the lobby kiosk to print my boarding pass I experienced more retro technology and had to go behind the front desk counter to take care of it.

If you like the idea of being told you CAN'T( yes, I said 'CAN'T') change your reservations, if you like the idea of being told by the front desk (after three phone calls), 'Our engineer says you have to turn on the hot water in the sink AND the hot water in the shower and just let them run for a while' if you want hot water, this is definitely the place for you.

5. I've had similiar experiences as other some other reviewers where they checked me in early, etc. I tend to chalk that up to the fact that the front desk guys are a pretty loose bunch who seem intent on having a good time.
