Everyone at this hotel was super friendly, from Chris (with a great sense of humor that put us at ease instantly upon check-in) to Jesse and Justin (who efficiently confirmed my points arrangement) to the cheerful staff members who asked how the fencing went, etc., greeting us by name (a small but very nice touch).
