This hotel is relatively new, with large rooms that are called mini-suites since they have a fridge, stove, etc. the staff are friendly, the neighborhood a bit shady ( after all the NY Times bldg is around the corner) but the rates are hard to beat for the area of town and it being across from the back of the bus depot.
