1. After speaking with more than 3 individuals (last being the evening manager) before one could really help our situation, we settled into a non handicapped room that was a tight squeeze with very small sq ft.

3. Next day spoke with the manager to inform him of the situation and was told that we could not be compensated for the two night stay due to we were traveling on a discounted rate, to which I informed him that regardless of the rate every room in this beautiful hotel should be within standard to accommodate any guest.
