1. The person at check-in was very helpful and, as we were preparing to go out later, provided information on area restaurants and a discount ticket for one of them.

Next day spoke with the manager to inform him of the situation and was told that we could not be compensated for the two night stay due to we were traveling on a discounted rate, to which I informed him that regardless of the rate every room in this beautiful hotel should be within standard to accommodate any guest.
