1. Amex Platinum had told be I was entitled to a $100 resort credit, but the hotel front desk said my reservation came with a lunch for two (something I wouldn't be able to use).

2. My only complaint is the restaurant: we had a business lunch there, and it was too loud, and my pulled pork sandwich wasn't too good: a lot of BBQ sauce that drowned out everything, although the sweet fries that came with it were great.

5. Lunch menu didn't have any steaks on it and as we were continuing our flight home at 4:30 in cattle car, I requested and rec'd the dinner menu which I orderd a filet.
