1. After staying at the Ritz Carlton downtown and unintentionally being in the midst of a huge convention, the Four Seasons was a much nicer respite.

Excellent, attentive service from the moment of our arrival - followed with a fast check-in, room upgrade to a high floor with great downtown view (exactly what we requested), superb concierge services, and a fast & friendly valet who gave us bottled water on every departure, & even tidied our car and discarded our garbage on our return.
