Staff service attitude is pleasant, though when I inquired about an upgrade to a suite with two beds, the front desk agent dismissed the idea right away claiming none of those types of units were available, I did not have time to argue, as it was 15 minutes to concert time of the Philadelphia Orchestra at the Kimmel Center, which was a 12 minute brisk walk away.
