1. Water spilled all over my clothes and was able to get a new one but didn't use the steam setting.

2. I don't see this being their fault, whoever manufactures irons cannot seem to get the water/steam setting to not spill out of the bottom of the iron onto your clothes, is something that happens a lot in my travels.
