1. Everyone in the hotel (front desk, maintanance, hospitality, housekeeping, etc) were excellent and made us feel like 'family' even on Easter day when I'm sure they would have rather been home with their own families.

7. Toiletries at Hampton's are pretty tiny, so I was grateful on the 2-3 days when I didn't want housekeeping that they brought me a bag filled with towels and toiletries.
