1. Well 3 bedrooms and the 4th was just a lg twin bed and large closet.

2. We stayed in one of the top floor condos - 4 bed/3.5 bath - and it had very nice amenities, a very relaxing lanai off the living room and master bedroom, and very up to date appliances (along with slab granite countertops).
