1. We had to call for fresh towels both nights and they did not take our trash or make the beds at all during our stay.

4. Well, there was hair in the sink, toilet paper and urine in the toilet bowl, the soap was unwrapped and used, there was a hand towel on the sink soiled in a yellowish fluid (care to guess what is was?), the bed was unmade and those are just the major issues.

10. Yet, I noticed our towels were disheveled and the bathmat soaking wet so I assumed housekeeping didn't make it until we noticed the bed was made.
