1. Keep in mind this a very friendly, low service hotel (not valet, not bellman, no one to tip!)They don't have a restaurant but have 24 hour food in the snake area, great sandwiches and salads.

5. It seems that the staff is not communicative with each other - we also had a cleaning incident - the no service sign was out (accidentally) - we asked for cleaning as we left in the early afternoon - when we returned at midnight the room hadn't been cleaned/refreshed.

7. Hung out downstairs in the lobby/bar for hours catching up with a local friend and received great service there as well.
